PILATES ON THE OPTINECK BALANCE WEDGE® — BEYOND THE FUNDAMENTALS

Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer

1. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Pilates on the OptiNeck Balance Wedge® — Beyond the Fundamentals (the “Programme”) is an online professional education programme provided by Bridgeham Clinic Ltd / Bridgeham Pilates Partners (“Bridgeham”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing or accessing the Programme, you (“the Participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Programme is designed for appropriately qualified Pilates Instructors, Physiotherapists and Movement Practitioners wishing to explore ways to integrate the OptiNeck Balance Wedge® into their existing 1:1 sessions and group classes.

2. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Programme provides movement education and professional development.

It does not replace your existing professional training, qualifications, insurance, clinical judgement or scope of practice.

You remain responsible for deciding whether an exercise, movement, adaptation or use of the OptiNeck Balance Wedge® is appropriate for each client or group.

When applying the Programme, you are responsible for:

• working within your qualifications and professional scope;

• appropriately assessing your clients;

• considering individual needs, abilities, health conditions and contraindications;

• adapting or discontinuing movement where appropriate; and

• maintaining appropriate professional insurance.

Completion of the Programme does not confer a medical, therapeutic or diagnostic qualification.

3. THE OPTINECK BALANCE WEDGE®

You will need access to an OptiNeck Balance Wedge® to participate fully in the practical elements of the Programme.

The £120 Programme fee is for online education only. The OptiNeck Balance Wedge® is not included and is purchased separately.

Participants should follow all product instructions and safety guidance supplied with the OptiNeck Balance Wedge®.

4. WHAT YOUR PURCHASE INCLUDES

Your £120 purchase includes access to:

• 6 online modules

• 18 short video lessons

• 10 practical movement applications

• Feel → Focus → Flow → Reassess approach

• Movement Practitioner Workbook

• Course Completion Credential

• Online Programme access

The Programme does not include an OptiNeck Balance Wedge®, Bridgeham® Posture Test or Stop My Stoop® practitioner training or registration.

5. PAYMENT, DIGITAL ACCESS & CANCELLATION

The Programme fee of £120 is payable in full at purchase.

The Programme contains digital content available for immediate access.

Where you purchase as a consumer, you will be asked at checkout to expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Once immediate digital access has begun following this consent and acknowledgement, refunds are not normally available simply because you change your mind or decide not to complete the Programme.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Programme videos, teaching content, written materials, workbooks, downloads, frameworks and other resources are protected by applicable intellectual property law and remain the property of Bridgeham Clinic Ltd and/or the relevant rights holder.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the Programme for your own professional education and practice.

You may use what you learn within your own appropriately qualified teaching or professional practice.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, upload, distribute, sell, licence, share or teach the Programme itself, or provide another person with your login or course materials, without prior written permission.

Bridgeham®, Stop My Stoop® and other identified Bridgeham names, materials and methodologies remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.

OptiNeck Balance Wedge® is used in accordance with the rights of its respective owner.

7. COURSE ACCESS & CONDUCT

Your Programme login is for your individual use and must not be shared.

Bridgeham reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorised sharing, copying, distribution or misuse of Programme materials.

We may make reasonable updates to the Programme from time to time to improve or maintain its educational content.

8. EDUCATIONAL & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

The Programme is provided for educational purposes.

Movement and exercise are not appropriate for every person in every circumstance. Participants must use their own professional judgement when applying the Programme and work within their existing qualifications and scope of practice.

The Programme is not medical advice and is not a substitute for appropriate medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

No particular physical, therapeutic, clinical or business outcome is guaranteed from completing or applying the Programme.

9. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those rights, Bridgeham is not responsible for loss or injury arising from a Participant applying Programme content outside their professional qualifications or scope of practice, failing to appropriately assess or adapt for an individual, or using the OptiNeck Balance Wedge® contrary to relevant instructions or safety guidance.

Participants remain responsible for their own professional decisions and for the way they apply the educational content within their practice.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights a consumer may have regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
