Bridgeham® Unlock the Optineck Balance Wedge® Programme

1. Agreement
By enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in the Bridgeham® Unlock the Optineck Balance Wedge® Programme (the “Programme”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Participant”) and Bridgeham Clinic Ltd/Bridgeham Pilates Partners (“Bridgeham,” “we,” or “us”).

2. Professional Responsibility
This Programme is designed for qualified practitioners, teachers, and movement professionals who hold appropriate certifications, insurance, and professional memberships within their field (e.g. Pilates, Garuda, physiotherapy, osteopathy, fitness instruction).
Participants are responsible for using their own professional judgement and scope of practice when applying the educational content of the Bridgeham Posture Test®, and The Optineck Balance Wedge® methods in clinical or group environments.
Bridgeham® provides educational guidance only and does not assume responsibility for the way practitioners interpret or deliver these techniques.
Participants must exercise care, assessment, and professional reasoning when working with clients and must not exceed their level of qualification or expertise.

3. Educational Materials
All educational resources (videos, guides, manuals, tests, and downloads) are for personal and professional development only.
All materials, including the Bridgeham® Posture Test, remain the intellectual property of Bridgeham Clinic Ltd and are protected under UK copyright and trademark law.
Materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
Access to educational content is final upon purchase - no refunds or cancellations are permitted once access is granted.

4. Refunds and Returns
4.1 Educational Fees
Fees for all Bridgeham® educational programmes, including the Unlock the Optineck Balance Wedge® Programme and the Bridgeham® Posture Test, are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

4.2 Product Returns
Physical products (e.g. The Optineck Balance Wedge®, The Bridgeham® Posture Test) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed only upon inspection and confirmation that the product is in resaleable condition.

4.3 Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Bridgeham® within 7 days of receipt with photographs and your order number. A replacement, repair, or refund will be arranged in accordance with UK consumer law.
Bridgeham® is not liable for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or incorrect application of the Optineck Balance Wedge® or Bridgeham® Posture Test materials.

5. Practitioner Use and Safety
Practitioners must ensure that all exercises, tests, and postural assessments are carried out safely and appropriately, adapting for each client’s needs, abilities, and health conditions.
The Bridgeham® Posture Test must be performed in accordance with the training guidelines provided.
Bridgeham® accepts no liability for any injury, claim, or loss arising from failure to follow proper instruction or use outside a practitioner’s professional scope.

6. Programme Access & Conduct
Login details and educational access links are personal and non-transferable.
Bridgeham® reserves the right to revoke access if content is shared, copied, or misused, or if a participant behaves unprofessionally within the learning environment.

7. Disclaimer
Participation in this Programme does not confer any medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic certification.
All information is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical assessment or treatment.
Practitioners are expected to integrate these principles responsibly within their professional frameworks.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridgeham Clinic Ltd, its directors, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Programme, use of the Bridgeham® Posture Test, or the Optineck Balance Wedge®.
Participants accept full responsibility for their professional application of the content and tools.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
