The Bridgeham® Stop the Stoop programme is designed to support individuals in improving their posture and overall well-being. However, there are certain considerations and precautions to be aware of before beginning this program.

  1. Difficulty Getting On and Off the Floor:

    If you have difficulty getting on and off the floor due to mobility issues or other physical limitations, please contact us. We will work with you to find alternative exercises and modifications that are better suited to your needs. We are currently in the final stages of creating a “Seated and Standing Bridgeham® Posture Transformation programme that may suit you better.   1. Spine Fractures, Neck or Spine Surgery:

    Individuals with a history of spine fractures, neck or spine surgery or bone cancer should consult with their healthcare provider before participating in the Bridgeham® Stop the Stoop programme. Certain exercises may not be suitable for individuals with these conditions, and it's important to ensure safety and proper guidance.

  1. Osteoporosis/Osteopenia:

    If you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia, it's essential to exercise caution and consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise programme. While the Bridgeham® Stop the Stoop programme may include exercises beneficial for osteoporosis and osteopenia posture, strength and mobility, modifications may be necessary to ensure safety and minimize the risk of injury.     Each individual's circumstances and medical history are unique. Before starting the Bridgeham® Stop the Stoop programme, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to determine if the program is suitable for you.
